Well, maybe not LOVE, but these are all things that I use regularly and make my life a whole lot easier. Love PEOPLE, not THINGS, right?
In the kitchen
VitaMix blender. Ours is 15 years old and still going strong. We use it several times a day. Go ahead and get the dry container, too. For years, I used it to grind wheat berries.
Zojirushi bread machine. For years, I made homemade bread with freshly milled grains. This is the only bread machine that can handle milled grains. It’s the best.
Pyrex food containers. I try to avoid plastic in the kitchen. I’ve had these containers for years. They are stackable and just great. No BPA in the lids. Still, I don’t let food touch the lids.
Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker. Wanna cook a roast in 30 minutes? Or make a quick soup that tastes like it’s simmered all day? You need this. This is not your grandma’s pressure cooker….it’s simple and safe!
Cuisinart toaster oven. This is a total energy saver. It can be used in place of the oven and also as a toaster/broiler. Love ours!
Silpat non-stick baking mats. No more parchment paper!
Vegetti. Inexpensive and works great!
Food & Cooking Ingredients
Wellbee’s almond flour. Go ahead and buy the big bag. You’ll use it! This is super fine and bakes up very well.
Xylitol. This is non-GMO birch xylitol and not corn. My favorite sweetener.
Coconut oil. This brand comes in a glass jar. We use it for cooking and DIY goodies.
Brain Octane. We drink this every morning in our Bulletproof coffee.
Great Lakes Collagen. Mix in a tablespoon with your coffee or add to soups and smoothies.
Organic bone broth. I don’t always have fresh bone broth on hand but I do keep this stocked. Use as a base for soups or just heat it up, season, and sip. It’s yummy.
Stevia. This is my favorite brand. All stevia is NOT created equal.
